Shedding in autumn: brush, nourish, protect!
Mopets, Nancy Delhalle

In the fall, dogs shed their summer coat to put on their "winter coat."

Result: hair everywhere! The key: regular brushing (2 to 4 times/week depending on the breed). Brushing prevents tangles, reduces shedding at home, and stimulates the skin.

Choose a suitable brush (soft bristles for small dogs, a rake for thicker coats).

In terms of diet, essential fatty acids enhance the beauty of the coat and reduce shedding: opt for kibble with omega-3 & 6, or add a little salmon oil to their meals.

The health secret: complement with a small natural cure based on brewer's yeast or coconut oil, known for strengthening hair.

Attention: check your dog's coat in the fall! Humidity and fallen leaves can attract parasites or cause irritations. Remember to dry your dog well after the walk and keep an eye on the appearance of their skin.

Bonus tips: vacuum the carpets regularly! Try the "magic glove" for pet hair on the couch. And don't hesitate to ask your favorite groomer for advice.

In summary: brush, feed, and observe. A well-groomed dog faces winter in great shape, with a soft and shiny coat. 😊🍁
